My favorite spots here are the broad with outdoor areas, including dining, giant sectional couches, and fire table to savor as the sun goes down. I appreciate that I can hear the waves crash from here.

Fort Macon State Park: This fort dates back to the 1800s, offers guided tours, hiking trails, & picnic areas.
Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores: See a wide variety of marine life & exhibits.
Fishing: You can fish from the beach, the pier, or charter boat out for deep-sea fishing.
About the Area
Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. With snorkeling, parasailing, and windsurfing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
