Oceanside Sanctuary is a 4 bedroom with a loft, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2000 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The main level has a completely equipped kitchen with all brand new appliances in 2017, an eat-in island kitchen, a living/dining area with all new furnishings in 2017, and a queen sized bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 king sized rooms oceanfront with walk out deck, and 1 Queen sized bedroom with a modest private street side sitting deck, and 2 full sized baths. The third floor is a ideal getaway for the kids featuring 1 queen and 4 single beds and is equipped with toys and games. The duplex has complimentary WIFI, 5 Roku enabled TVs, charcoal constructed-in grille, DVD players, beach furnishings and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide roomy beach that is only steps from the back door. Duplex is private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The decking areas are ideally suited for calming while watching for the occasional dolphins that swim by.

Please note that our Oceanside Sanctuary is a NO Smoking/Vaping property and is rented by the week only, during the months of April through October. For the months of November through March, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Professional cleaning and linens are included, a $250 cleaning/linen fee will be added to the reservation fee.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
