Almond House is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Full and 1 Half Bath Oceanfront Cottage! Located at the trendy "Point" area in Emerald Isle, this home is within mins. of dining, shopping and activities. This home is located at the far west end of the island, offering an broad and sweeping stretch of sandy beach. During the off-season, discover the coast via the beach driving access located just next to the home. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has Queen bed with Ocean Vistas, Full Bathroom attached, and TV. Half bath. Kitchen. Breakfast nook with seating for 4. Dining area with seating for 10 and bar seating for 2. Living area with Great Vistas of the Ocean.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has one Queen bed and two Twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed with Ocean Vistas. Full Bath.

Additional Conveniences supplied: High Speed Wireless Internet, 2 TV¡s, Stereo, DVD Player, CD Player, Central Heat and Air, Washer/Dryer, Water Treatment System, Iron and Ironing Board, Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Covered Parking, Fish Cleaning Station.

Linens and Towels are supplied with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with $150 + tax Pet Fee per Dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
