DESCRIPTION:
Relaxation, renewal and more are possible at Jolly Sixpence. With its ideal location next to the community pool just across from the ocean access and unbelievable ocean view, this 2nd row half duplex is the place for you!
On the ground level are the laundry room, kids nook, and stairway to the 2nd level.
The 2nd level offers enormous covered decks with ocean vistas, a queen suite (did we mention the view?) with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub, and two other guest rooms that share a hall bath. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd level Great room is bright and airy with an open floor plan. There are impressive vistas to be had from the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a second queen master with a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The huge deck off the living and dining areas offers some of the best 2nd-row vistas in the neighborhood.
Jolly Sixpence is the ideal location for appreciating the sunrises and sunsets, ocean breezes, fun, family, and fellowship.
