Located at the end of a cul de sac this peaceful residence offers a huge screened in sunroom with attached broad deck overlooking the marsh. Quick private beach access via 4 person golf cart. Beach chairs, bicycles, coolers, beach towels, paddle boards for countless fun. Out door shower. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom. Full kitchen w/ washer & dryer. Located near the bridge for painless on and off the island.

  • Summer months are high season in the Crystal Coast area. To book the largest vacation home within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
