Just a few steps down the private walkway and you are at the beach. Take in a sunrise or sunset on the NEW expanded oceanfront deck! This home is comfortably accessible, having all bedrooms and living areas on one level. For those of you that need to do a little work on your vacation or just can¡t stay "disconnected", there is High Speed Wireless Internet available. Just bring your own computer.

Level One: Giant Living Area with Flat Screen TV, enormous windows and direct access to the Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area has seating for 4. The Open Concept Kitchen has all the room you need to prepare your family meals with a bar that has seating for four, Fridge, Dishwasher and Microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Queen Bed. Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, TV and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has Queen Bed, TV and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
