Ground level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a magnificent beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds C-325 is 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Oceanfront Condo that sleeps 8.

Great room with living, dining, kitchen, and half bath affording ocean and pool vistas from inside as well as on the covered balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, TV, private bath, & deck access.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Bedroom #4 has a Double Bed & TV, access to shared hall bath.

Central Heat & Air. 5 flat panel TVs including 2 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps. Interior Washer/Dryer. Fridge with attached ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave. Private Covered Balcony.

Complex has Elevators, Wireless Internet, Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and Towels Supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly Stays.

Rents weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.

Tricks and tips to get the best Indian Beach rental home experience:

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Crystal Coast area. Book your Crystal Coast vacation in Fall or Spring months to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Many property management companies supply Crystal Coast area visitors guide magazines that include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

  • Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation week, and choose a max budget.

  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is commonly available on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the host before you book the property. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches. You will need to establish what bed configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
  • Some properties allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.

  • Add the host's information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.

  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Note any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if there is a dispute.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great source for finding the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
