Bluewater's Sandcastle is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanview Home with a Beach Access conveniently located at the end of the street (less than 500 feet from the ocean). Within 1/2 mile from the New Public Boat Ramp in Emerald Isle, make sure you bring your boat for a week of fun on the water!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Foyer. Enclosed Hot & Cold Outside Shower.

Level One: Your family will savor the open floor plan of the Living Area with direct access to the roomy front deck. The Living room has a 47 inch HDTV with digital service and vinyl floors. Dining Area has seating for 8 and additional seating for 3 at the bar. Kitchen is well equipped for an evening meal including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and granite counter tops. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and a Full Bath with enormous porcelain tile walk-in shower

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. (both bedrooms share a bath).

Additional Conveniences include: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 4 Flat Screen TVs, 3 Blue Ray Players, DVD and CD Players. The Living Room TV has Spectrum and all the other TVs have Roku with the Spectrum App. Central Heat and Air, Washer/Dryer. Charcoal Grille. There is now a home phone in the property and an answering machine. Open and Covered decks with table and chairs.

No Smoking. No Animals.

Rents weekly only, Saturday to Saturday.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
