Come inside and allow yourself to relax. The cavernous living room is a great place to watch TV or play a captivating game of charades, while the adjacent deck is just the spot for a nightcap while making plans for tomorrow’s adventures. The handsomely equipped kitchen makes feeding the family a cinch, offering both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, a dining table with seating for six, and additional seating at the counter.

The bedrooms include a primary suite with a TV and its own full bathroom. Need a break from the kids? Send the teenagers downstairs to the additional room off the carport with a TV, a microwave, and a minifridge with another Keurig. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, local phone access, and a gas grille.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this cottage is near the beach. Anchorage Marina and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
