The roomy living room is a great place to watch TV or play a captivating game of charades, while the adjacent deck is just the spot for a nightcap while making plans for tomorrow’s adventures. The elegantly equipped kitchen makes feeding the family a cinch, offering both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, a dining table with seating for six, and additional seating at the counter.

The bedrooms include a primary suite with a TV and its own full bathroom. Need a break from the kids? Send the teenagers downstairs to the additional room off the carport with a TV, a microwave, and a minifridge with another Keurig. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, local phone access, and a gas grille.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
