Perfectly located between Beaufort and Morehead City, Sea La Vie is a relaxing, private hideaway that puts you in the heart of the Crystal Coast. We’re the closest point to Beaufort Inlet—making us the ideal home base for all your water adventures. Boat slips are available to rent separately through our on-site Marina Office and Dock Master.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept space combining laid-back coastal appeal with modern comfort.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo includes:
-Primary Suite: King bed with private en-suite bath
-Second Bedroom: Queen bed
-Third Bedroom: Queen bed
Each bedroom includes a intelligent TV with basic cable for your convenience.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare anything from a fast breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Step out to the balcony for coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset with unbeatable vistas.

Supplied amenities:
Fresh linens and bath towels, coffee supplies, spices, paper products, bath soaps, beach chairs, and beach accessories.

Please Note:
-No family pets are allowed under any circumstances, per HOA policy.
-Security cameras are present in all public areas and are monitored by the HOA.

To ensure everybody’s comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules:
-Provide the names of all guests staying at the condo
-Respect the rental as you would your own home
-min. occupancy is 6 guests
-No events, events, gatherings, or additional guests
-No smoking, vaping, or open flames
-No pets allowed under any circumstances — violation of this policy will result in a fine
-No slime, Play-Doh, glue, paint, glitter, confetti, dye, or similar items that stain or damage
-A $50 fee applies for a lost or missing pool key fob
-Quiet hours: 11 PM (weekdays), 12 AM (weekends)
-Do not bring carts into the condo
-No filming for distribution or content creation
-No third-event units or subleasing
-No commercial business activities
-No illegal substances or activities anywhere on the property
-Please report any damage or breakage promptly

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Rachel Carson Reserve and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail, while North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights.
