We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college home events, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.   • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.   • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review.
