*Please note: The pool will be heated Mar 15 - May 30 and Sept 15 - Nov 15. The heating does not function if temperatures drop below 55 degrees. The pool temperature will be set for 86 degrees, but the temperature can vary depending on weather.

When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
