Located in the exclusive Dolphin Ridge subdivision at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac street on an oceanfront "rear key" lot. Private oceanfront 75' Walkway with bench seating. Ground Level: Foyer. Game Room with a Ping Pong Table, a 47" Flat Screen Intelligent TV. Enclosed Garage. Utility Room with an additional Fridge.

Level One: Substantial, open Living Area with a 55" Roku TV and features a Covered Porch with Rockers. Sizable open Dining Area seats 10. Open Kitchen/Bar Area has additional seating, 2 Dishwashers and a Microwave. Laundry Room has a Washer, a Dryer and a washtub. Streetside Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Private Bath. Streetside Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. There is also a Full-Bath on this level.

Level Two: Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, Covered Porch access, and a bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, Covered Porch access, and a bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed and Covered Porch access. Streetside Bedroom #6 has a Queen Bed. Streetside Bedroom #7 has Twin Beds. There is a Full-Bath in the Hallway.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
