The elevator and outdoor ramp from the driveway make for painless access to the entire home. The Grand “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is entirely supplied with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Appreciate the big screen media room, pool table and foosball for evening entertainment. Great vistas of BOTH the Ocean out front and Bogue Sound behind!

Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and complimentary-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Vistas of the Sound.

Level Two: Cavernous Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Vistas. The Substantial Covered Porch is just off of the Living Area and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table for 8 & Great Ocean Vistas from east to west. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
