Ground Level: Media Room has a 90” Roku TV and Surround Sound. Game Room has a Pool Table and Foosball Table with a enormous Roku TV. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double/Twin Bunk Sets. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. There is one Full-Bath on this level as well as a kitchenette.

Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and complimentary-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Vistas of the Sound.

Level Two: Roomy Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Vistas. The Substantial Covered Porch is just off of the Living Area and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table for 8 & Great Ocean Vistas from east to west.
