Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
