Movie room, game room with ping pong and wet bar and drink refrigerator, additional refrigerator, two laundry areas and front and back decks surrounded by live oak trees. Great backyard with outdoor shower, fire chimney and huge sectional with umbrella to savor after a great day at the beach! Close to eateries, grocery stores and the elegant sunsets at the point!
