Ground Level: This is an apartment style living arrangement with tons of privacy. There is a modest Oceanfront Den,with a Queen Sleeper Couch, Modest kitchenette (no microwave), bath, and private entrance. Streetside Bedroom #1 is off the kitchenette, with King and a private exterior entrance. This room can only be accessed by the hallway leading from bedroom #3 through the den and kitchenette. Bedroom #2 is Streetside and has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed and a private exterior entrance. Bedroom #3 is Oceanfront with a King has a private exterior entrance. This bedroom¡s only interior access is through Bedroom #2. There are a total of 2 baths on this level. All private exterior entrances are paved. Washer & Dryer. Outside shower. (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
