Please note, the complex stringently enforces:
Two parking spaces per rental
No family pets (unfortunately)
No elevator access to the third floor.

Sweet Beach is a 3rd floor unit with many amenities.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed with flat-screen TV.
Guest room #2 has a Queen sized bed.
Guest room #3 has one twin-over-full bunk bed, ideal for kids!
Unit has washer and dryer.
Living Room has plenty of seating and a 52" flat-screen TV.
New, modern kitchen has bespoke cabinets, granite countertops, and SS appliances.

Linens (sheets and bathroom towels) are supplied in cleaning fee.

Unwind on the private, furnished balcony and appreciate the straight-from-the-ocean breeze. Condo has tons of ocean breezes. It’s a enormous unit so you can spread out. The top floor makes it peaceful.
