Unwind and entertain your family and guests in the living area with huge windows to the ocean and gather around the dining table for meals prepared in the kitchen outfitted with your cooking essentials. One unique feature for this property is that the public boat ramp is conveniently located close by. Take time to savor the beach and take advantage of the private walkway through the sand dunes, or sit back on the covered and furnished deck to feel the ocean breeze. The walkway to the beach includes a sitting area that is ideal to appreciate morning coffee or admire the sunset. Conveniences include: central air and heat, hot and cold enclosed outside shower, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave and grille. There are 2 TVs with Roku (guest's personal streaming service required). This property rents on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday, NO SMOKING and NO FAMILY PETS!
