Each Bedroom has its own private deck! Wireless Internet Supplied! Ground Level: Bonus sitting area with a TV. Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot & Cold Outside Shower. Level One: Giant airy Living Area has High Definition TV and deck access. Kitchen Area has a Keurig, microwave and dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and a private ocean view deck. Bedroom #3 has 3 Twins & a private ocean view deck. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed and a private ocean view deck. (bedrooms #3 and #4 share a bath). 4 Satellite TVs, Wireless Internet. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Porch furnishings includes 4 rockers, 5 life-guard chairs and a picnic table! (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
