Each level of the duplex has a deck for appreciating time outside, including a hot tub on the ground level. With the main living area on the third floor that maximizes your ocean and sound vistas, you can prepare a family dinner or relax in main living area with adored ones.

~2100 sq ft of space in one of the prettiest parts of Emerald Isle and just across the street from the beach.

First Floor: Main entrance to the home via, keyless entry with a code. Game room with foosball table, full-size refrigerator, and queen sleeper couch.

Second Floor: Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. Oceanview decks for enjoying a morning sunrise or a peaceful moment with your favorite beach read.

Third Floor: Main living area with the living room feature vistas of the ocean and a deck with seating. Kitchen on the sound side with plenty of seating.

Shared Pool: The pool area is shared by both sides of the duplex. A ideal chance to make new friends or savor it all if you rent both sides!

Parking - 2 in the driveway and 2 on the parking pad.

This vacation home is located in Emerald Isle. Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Croatan National Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
