Shiplap walls and pretty decor accented by oceanfront vistas are all within this impressive home. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 half-bath home will feel even more prominent with the help of a covered deck overlooking our handsome beaches. Don't forget your four-legged family member when planning your vacation at Sails Telephone! Be one of the first to appreciate this freshly remodeled home on your next vacation.

Level One: Bedroom 1 has 1 King Bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 King Bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 Twins.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy - no fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Crystal Coast restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
