4 Passenger Golf Cart is included with your stay. Appreciate driving the golf cart to the neighborhood beach access, the Cedar Street Park and water access, and many other local eateries, stores, and attractions.

— A signed Liability and Waiver Agreement is REQUIRED to have access to the golf cart for your stay.

— You must be 25 years of age to operate the golf cart as well as sign a liability and waiver agreement, provide drivers license, and insurance information. This is REQUIRED.

— Only the individual(s) who sign the liability and waiver agreement and also provide drivers license and insurance information are eligible to operate the golf cart. No exceptions.

— Rules are supplied as well as directions and operating instructions.

— Failure to adhere to the rules and obligations laid out in the Golf Cart Liability and Waiver Agreement, may result in termination of rental lease.

— $100 fee for missing golf cart key card. You MUST return the key to the safe and lock it prior to departure.
