Ground Level: Bonus Room with Queen Sleeper Couch, Intelligent Roku TV, and Half Bath.

Level One: Bedroom #1 is a Master Bedroom with Queen bed, Intelligent Roku TV, ceiling fan, en suite private full bath with soaker tub and separate shower, and access to the deck this level. Bedroom #2 has a Double bed, Intelligent Roku TV, ceiling fan, and access to the shared full bath this level. Bedroom #3 has a Double bed, Intelligent Roku TV, ceiling fan, access to the shared full bath this level, and access to the deck this level.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Crystal Coast area. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Crystal Coast attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
