This elegantly decorated home offers memorable vistas of the ocean. You can either appreciate these vistas sitting on the screened- in porch or off the private balcony from the upstairs bedroom. While visiting with your family or friends you can look out the array of windows from the Living Room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This home offers the ideal setting for a family vacation!

Ground Level: On the ground level you will find the sitting room with wet bar and enormous TV, ideal for watching movies, playing games, and appreciating your company. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with its own Private Bath.

Level One: Come in and savor the neatly designed kitchen and the dining area that seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The Living Room offers a fantastic view of the ocean with the array of windows. You also have access to a screened in porch and balcony. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen Bed shares a bath in the hallway with a additional room.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4 which has 2 Twin Beds. In Bedroom #3 you can enjoy your own private deck.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
