Ground Level: On the ground level you will find the sitting room with wet bar and enormous TV, ideal for watching movies, playing games, and appreciating your company. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with its own Private Bath.

Level One: Come in and appreciate the neatly designed kitchen and the dining area that seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The Living Room offers a amazing view of the ocean with the array of windows. You also have access to a screened in porch and balcony. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen Bed shares a bath in the hallway with a additional room.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4 which has 2 Twin Beds. In Bedroom #3 you can enjoy your own private deck.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
