Important to Know

After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines home rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and enchanting stay.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or enormous gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things calming for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome on REQUEST! But please keep family pets off the furnishings so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests. Dogs MUST be crated when you leave the home. Thank you!

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays fun for everybody.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are included specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grille Use: You’re welcome to savor the grille during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit included with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection calendar and instructions supplied in the Guest Guide.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
