This townhome is elegantly designed with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor. The family can gather around the huge island to prepare, play games, or simply relax. A half bath is also located on the first floor.
The second floor features a roomy master bedroom with an ensuite bath, a sizable closet, and a 50" intelligent TV. It also includes a desk and chair. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a 40" intelligent TV, while the third bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin and a 40" intelligent TV.
The outdoor area provides a pleasant sitting space with breathtaking vistas of the nature pond across the street, home to egrets, geese, and various waterfowl. A charcoal grille is available for family cookouts.
The Beau Coast community features a day dock on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a impressive pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, and corn hole. Unwind at Traders, a facility within Beau Coast featuring food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers, and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit.
