10% discount for a 7-nighttime stay and bring your boat! Come appreciate the coastal life in the community of Beau Coast with the best amenities around. There is a boat storage area about .5 miles from your condo. There is a wildlife ramp right across from the boat storage area. Contact property manager for more information about bringing you boat.
This new townhome is gorgeously appointed with an open concept, kitchen, dining and living room, on the first floor. The family can gather together around the sizable island and prepare together, play games, or just hang out. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
On the second floor there is a roomy master bedroom with ensuite bath, huge closet and a 50" intelligent TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 40" intelligent TV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin beds and a 40" intelligent TV.
Out back is a nice sitting area with great vistas of the nature pond just across the street with egrets, geese and tons of waterfowl. A charcoal grille is included for family cookouts.
Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a impressive pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.
Just a short distance into town, savor the stores, eateries or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.
This is a pet friendly property. There is a 35.00 fee per nighttime for your pet.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
