This elegantly designed townhome features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor, where your family can gather around the enormous island to prepare, play games, or relax. A half bath is also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a cavernous getaway with an ensuite bath, a huge closet, a 50" intelligent TV, and a desk with a chair. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a 40" intelligent TV, while the third bedroom features two sets of twin beds and a 40" intelligent TV.
Outside, savor a comfortable sitting area with spectacular vistas of the nature pond across the street, home to egrets, geese, and other waterfowl. A charcoal grille is available for family cookouts.
The Beau Coast community offers amazing amenities, including a day dock on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a gorgeous pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, and corn hole. Unwind at Traders, a spot within Beau Coast offering food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers, and outdoor seating with a fire pit.
Just a short distance away, you can discover the town's stores and eateries or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.
