This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all!

Central HVAC and High Speed Wireless Internet supplied for your comfort and convenience! Living Area with Intelligent TV offering cable and access to your favorite streaming apps, access to the Covered Porch with Furnishings, and access to the Shared Hall Full Bath. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar Area is entirely equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator with attached ice maker, Keurig coffee maker microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and slow cooker.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.
