**BIG NEWS: The kitchen is being completely refreshed and walls were taken down to open up the space. The kitchen will have new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The floor downstairs will be removed and brand new LVP will be installed. The deck is brand new and we added 2 additional feet and benches all the way around the perimeter to increase seating. Everything should be finished by the end of March and we are looking forward to updating the photos.
