The beautiful Seaspray Condominiums, located on Atlantic Beach’s handsome oceanfront, provide you with the vacation you’ve been waiting for. Allow yourself to drift away in the outdoor swimming pool or watch the kids romp in the kiddie pool. Take a walk down to the beach to dip your toes in the water, walk along the shore, and collect seashells. It’s the ideal place for a vacation!


This charmingly furnished condo on the second floor enjoys a view of the courtyard and the ocean from its balcony. Cozy up on the sleeper couch in the living room and catch up on shows or watch your favorite DVDs. Or, bring a picnic out to the balcony and do a little people-watching in the courtyard. The completely equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for family meals as well.


The bedrooms include a primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV, and a private full bathroom.   • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
