This oceanfront townhouse is ideal for families and couples seeking a calming coastal escape. Located in Ocean Glen, a peaceful 38-unit community on the barrier island of Bogue Banks, the property is surrounded by natural beauty and tranquility.

Ocean Glen is tucked into a maritime forest adjacent to the 200-acre Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area, offering privacy, wildlife viewing, and an uncrowded beach—no high-rise buildings here. Savor a friendly, family-aligned ambiance where you can socialize with neighbors or appreciate complete seclusion.

We started coming to Ocean Glen as renters in 1991 with our young sons. We liked it so much, we kept coming back (sometimes twice a year) until we finally purchased our place in 1996.
