Appreciate a calming stay at our freshly-constructed coastal bungalow home in elegant, historic Beaufort! The coastal-themed 1,781 sq ft. home is located in Beau Coast, a impressive new community designed for the ultimate vacation lifestyle. First floor master bedroom and open kitchen to family room. Centrally located with simple access to shopping, fine dining and historic sites in downtown Beaufort. The community has a clubhouse & resort-style pool. In or near the clubhouse you will find a local deli with great craft beers & wines, outdoor dining & fire pit, corn hole boards, a shuffleboard table, ping pong tables, a community kayak dock, and more to make your vacation memories.

Downtown Beaufort is a short bicycle ride away if you want to use our bicycles, bring your own bicycles or rent from a local vendor. You can also use our kayaks or rent kayaks to launch in the Beau Coast community pond or on Taylor's Creek from the Beau Coast community dock.

A 4 person golf cart is available for an additional charge during your stay for ultimate exploring! Specific rental terms and rules will apply.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Note any issues with the property during check in, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation rental.
