Bedroom 1 is also on the ground floor with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Outside you will find a modest patio with seating, a gas grille, and an enclosed hot and cold outside shower.

First Floor: The first floor features an open and airy main living space. A balcony facing the pool and a balcony on the ocean side, both with seating. Cozy living room with a intelligent TV. Totally supplied kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 5. Dining area with seating for 6. The half bath is just off the dining area.

Second Floor: Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. Bedroom 2 features an open balcony and has a slight view of the ocean. Bedrooms 3 and 4, share a "Jack and Jill" full bathroom. The laundry room, iron, and ironing board are also located in a closet on this floor.
