- The property slopes down to the river with no fence; therefore, this property may not be suitable for kids. Please use caution when accessing the kayaks and water
- This property serves as a remote escape; therefore, there is internet access, but it may experience slow speed
- The homeowner and their dog live on-site, in a completely separate unit roughly 40 feet away, and will be present during your stay. The dog is allowed to roam freely on the property. Guests with pet allergies or a fear of dogs may want to take this into consideration
- This bungalow is not directly on the water. The main home is located between this bungalow and the river
- Firewood is not supplied for the fire pit, but can be purchased close by at Merchant's or Dollar General
