ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- While the property has a step-complimentary entry with a queen sleeper couch on the 1st floor, stairs are required to access the bedroom and full bathroom located on the 2nd floor. This area may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- The property slopes down to the river with no fence; therefore, this property may not be suitable for kids. Please use caution when accessing the kayaks and water
- The homeowner and their dog live on-site, in a completely separate unit roughly 40 feet away, and will be present during your stay. The dog is allowed to roam freely on the property. Guests with pet allergies or a fear of dogs may want to take this into consideration
- This bungalow is not directly on the water. The main home is located between this bungalow and the river
- Firewood is not included for the fire pit, but can be purchased close by at Merchant's or Dollar General
