Our 2-bedroom condo at Peppertree Resort in Atlantic Beach, NC is available for the week of July 20–27, 2025—and it might just be the only place you’ll want to be.

Our family has been visiting here since 1979, driving in from Atlanta every summer. We adore the laid-back, family-friendly ambiance—with far fewer hordes than you’ll find on Florida beaches. Atlantic Beach is rich in history and appeal: it was once home to Blackbeard the Pirate, hosts a nationally acclaimed Blue Marlin fishing tournament, and is just mins. from historic sites like Fort Macon.

Atlantic Beach is home to this vacation home. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.
