You’ve stumbled across a true home away from home. Appreciate central living AND shade at our pretty home. Here you can find yourself a few blocks away from the pier, walking distance to many local eateries/bars, and across the street from our PRIVATE ocean side access. For our kayakers and fishers, we have a private inter-coastal access just for you! Come back after a fun day in the sun to a cavernous and beautiful home, rinse off with an outdoor shower, and relax with the help of WiFi.

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your Crystal Coast rental in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • Looking for specific amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or might be applied to your agreement.

  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
