The access up to the sleeping loft is just off the living room and offers a twin daybed with trundle. The elevator also ends its service on this level but does begin on the first floor.The second level of It’s My Pleasure is full of guest rooms as well as a tucked in game room. The Master Suite offers a King bed, huge walk in shower, double sinks, and deck entrance. The additional guest rooms offer a King bed that has painless deck access and shares the hall bath while the guest room offering a Queen bed is a private suite. The game room is outfitted with shuffle board, foosball, and an arcade game. The laundry room is just off the hall with full size stackable washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator.The first level also offers rather a bit of space for folks to spread out. The Bunk room offers sleeping for 6 and a private bath while the adjacent Queen guest room also offers a private bath. This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. The home is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for the owner's use. Very peaceful location and super calming but also a short drive to multiple great towns with shopping and dining. The home sits high up and has great ocean vistas from the covered porch! There are stairs from the yard to the street, then only about 3 homes down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
