Both bedrooms serve as private sanctuaries. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has private access to the Jack and Jill bathroom for ultimate convenience. Whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay, Exhibit E is the ideal place to relax, relax, and soak in the oceanside appeal.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT supplied in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-This property has one assigned parking spot. You will be given 2 parking passes; one is assigned to the on-site parking spot (#19) and one to the overflow parking lot.
-No smoking
-The Community Pool is open From April 1-October 31.

Finding the best rental home value:

• Summer months are high season in Atlantic Beach. To get the best rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Booking websites typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
