This property is located in a peaceful neighborhood with a private walkway to beach access. The beach access is roughly a 5 min. walk and there is a beach cart on the first floor in the closet for beach towels, chairs, and beach toys.

Our family beach home is available for your next beach vacation! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on three levels to accommodate your family. Complete with Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 TV’s, outdoor shower, and gas grille. Also, roomy open and covered decks with furnishings. The top level features a den with a Queen Sleeper Couch and half bath .

Reverse floor plan with open concept, living/dining on top floor (3rd level). Mid level features 3 bedrooms; one with Queen and full private bath. Savor the jack and jill full bath with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twins on this level. Ground level with exterior access is Queen bed with full bath and cavernous sitting area. Beach access is located at the end of the street. Bikes are a great way to get around the Island on the paved, Town wide Bicycle/Walking Path. Public Boat launch and dock area is just a short walk away for boating or taking in gorgeous sunsets on the Sound! New decks on each level, 2017. It is time you put your feet in the sand, relax and savor some “Simple Pleasures”!

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking websites. If they are not listed, email the host before booking the rental. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You will need to establish what configuration is right for your vacation.
• Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or costs applied to your contract.
• Is your group looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters.
