3 Bedroom 2 Bath. Sleeps 7. Must be Age 25 or > to rent. Vaulted ceilings in Great Room. Both showers refreshed Jan. 2025 with handsome tile throughout. Other remodeling was finished in 2019-2020 with all New Kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Other upgrades finished throughout including HVAC & hot water heater. New stacked washer & dryer installed in 2021. Living Room with comfortable sectional couch and La-Z-Boy recliner added. Master bedroom with King size bed, Bedroom#2 with Queen size bed and Bedroom#3 with Full/Twin Bunk. Covered Deck with side Ocean view. Polywood Deck Furnishings with Bar Table and Chairs. Exterior seating for 7. Great place to hang out and savor the ocean view and relax. Elevators. Covered Garage parking (Only two cars allowed). Year-Round Outdoor Heated Oceanfront pool/hot tub. Soundside pool and hot tub with gorgeous view of sound. Both pools have poolside bathrooms. There is a very Nice Fishing Pier with Substantial covered Hut and plenty of seating for appreciating the birds and sunset. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Take a copy of the owner's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Make a record of any damages to the property at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute is filed.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
