3 Bedroom 2 Bath. Sleeps 7. Must be Age 25 or > to rent. Vaulted ceilings in Great Room. Both showers refreshed Jan. 2025 with handsome tile throughout. Other remodeling was finished in 2019-2020 with all New Kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Other upgrades finished throughout including HVAC & hot water heater. New stacked washer & dryer installed in 2021. Living Room with comfortable sectional couch and La-Z-Boy recliner added. Master bedroom with King size bed, Bedroom#2 with Queen size bed and Bedroom#3 with Full/Twin Bunk. Covered Deck with side Ocean view. Polywood Deck Furnishings with Bar Table and Chairs. Exterior seating for 7. Great place to hang out and appreciate the ocean view and relax. Elevators. Covered Garage parking (Only two cars allowed). Year-Round Outdoor Heated Oceanfront pool/hot tub. Soundside pool and hot tub with striking view of sound. Both pools have poolside bathrooms. There is a very Nice Fishing Pier with Giant covered Hut and plenty of seating for appreciating the birds and sunset. Unwind in chairs while enjoying the peaceful grassy area overlooking the Sound. Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic resource to find the best local scenic spots.

  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise.
