Blue Chair Stays is a roomy four-bedroom home with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom in Indian Beach. Offering 2,608 square feet across three levels, this inviting coastal getaway features handsome Bogue Sound vistas, comfortable gathering spaces, broad covered porches, and convenient access to both the beach and close by family-friendly activities.

The ground level includes an upsized two-car garage with plenty of room for cars and beach gear. The driveway also provides ample parking space for guests bringing jet skis or a boat along for days on the water. A full bathroom and covered ground-level patio provide added convenience after a day spent outdoors.

The main living spaces are located on the second level, where wood floors flow throughout the open living, kitchen, and dining areas. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast-bar seating, or savor time together in the casual and formal dining spaces. A bedroom with a double bed and access to a shared bathroom is also located on this level.
