Total linens includes four queens.

NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum during the off-season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Sticking to a rental budget:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best value, try changing your family's Crystal Coast vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
