Coral Shores #11 is a charming oceanfront property located in the spectacular town of Pine Knoll Shores, meaning it grants speedy access to all parts of the Crystal Coast including Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, and more! This home stays charmingly maintained thanks to the Beacon's Reach Association. The sizable deck on the property features striking beach and pool vistas, and luckily is just a short walk from both! You will find great walking paths all around and it is located just 1.5 miles from the NC Aquarium. You will also find you are close to Lost Treasure where you can play mini golf and ride go-carts! There are also various placed to shop and fabulous eateries to check out! Guests have access to the Marina Pool located at 590 Marina Drive and the Westport Pool located at 570 Coral Drive.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • Summer months are high season in Pine Knoll Shores. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.   • Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it.
