Summer Winds A-411 is a 4th floor corner unit 4-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath Oceanfront Condo with gorgeous ocean and surrounding vistas!

The Master Bedroom has a king bed.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 each have 2 twin beds.

Additional Conveniences Include: 3 flat panel TVs, Wireless High Speed Internet throughout. Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer. Interior Washer/Dryer.Covered decks with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Get the most from your spending budget:

  • Summer time is high season in Indian Beach. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Crystal Coast trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
