Studio bungalow includes : 1 bed queen bed complete with linens and a 1/2 bathroom including towels, etc.. There is a mini refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker in the bungalow as well. We offer complimentary wifi, an indoor pool/spa, exercise, game, theater room and a catch & release pond! We also have laundry facilities on site. We are located away in the country but only 10 min from downtown New Bern, the Neuse River, Trent River and only 1 hour from 3 different beaches. We offer both short and long term units. Family Animals welcome for additional $10 per pet, per nighttime cleaning fee and a returnable $100 deposit.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
• Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often available on booking websites. If not, reach out to the property management company before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks.
• Visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
• Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.

During your stay:

• Get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.

• Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
