Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch or relax in your private whirlpool tub! 1 Queen bed and two twins. High Speed Wireless Internet Access!

Conveniences Include: 1 Box TV with Cable, 2 Flat Screen TVs with Cable, 2 DVD Players, 1 CD Player, entirely equipped kitchen with coffee maker and blender. Private Deck with Furnishings, Beach Access Walkway. NOTE: Fireplace is not for guests use.

The Ocean Reef Community is located on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, sizable swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access!

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
