1 Box TV, 2 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, 1 CD Player, Cable, Community pool, community basketball court, community shuffleboard, entirely equipped kitchen, coffee maker and blender. NOTE: Fireplace is not for guests use.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum, last min. or off-season only.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Flatwaters Paddling and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

When to go & When to book:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Crystal Coast area. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Please be objective.
