The Living Area has access to a covered balcony with ocean vistas and a flat-screen TV with ROKU and Spectrum App. Entirely equipped Kitchen/Bar with a microwave, coffee maker & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full bath and a covered balcony as well as a flat-screen wifi enabled TV where guests will be able to sign onto their personal Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Conveniences Include: There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with ROKU and Spectrum App. There is another flat-screen TV in the bedroom - this is a Intelligent TV that accepts guests to log into their personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The unit includes interior laundry, deck furnishings, and ceiling fans.

This condo is a first floor unit. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms or natural dune movement. Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
