Appreciate handsome ocean vistas at Sea No Evil, a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom oceanfront home. 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds and 2 Twin Bunk Beds. Family Animals are Accepted and is located in the exclusive Spinnaker's Reach Subdivision with a community pool. The location for the Access of Spinnaker's Reach is on the corner of Louise Howard court and shipwreck lane, across from clubhouse with guest parking.

Sea No Evil will offer you a whole host of amenities on your families beach vacation! A Private Pool can be heated for an additional $625.00/week April-November ONLY, Hot Tub and a private beach access offers your family a charming wide section of the beach!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has 2 twin bunk beds and a shared bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV, Deck Access and shares a bath with Bedroom #1. Garage Game room with Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table Corn Hole, 50 inch Roku TV and seating area.

Level One: Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bedroom, a Full-Bath and a LED Flat Screen TV.Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, a Full Shared Bath, and a LED Flat Screen TV. The Living area features a LED Flat Screen TV which streams NBC, CBS, Fox, ABC, PBS with deck furnished with patio furnishings. A Grand kitchen with island, ideal for family meals and entertaining with a dinning table to seat eight. Laundry Room has a Washer/Dryer.

Level Two: Bedroom #5 is a Master Bedroom Suite with a King Bed, full private bath, Deck Access, and LED Flat Screen TV. Savor the deck off this level to get a wide view of the ocean. Bedroom #6 has 2 Twin Beds and a full private bath. Media room with 4 theater seats and 70 inch TV,sound bar, subwoofer, Roku and Blu-ray Player. High Speed Wireless Internet Access!

Additional Conveniences include: 7LCD TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 Blu-Ray player, Home Theater System, Cable with Spectrum App, Netflix, Roku app on all TVs, Amazon Prime Instant Video, gas grille, covered decks, deck furnishings, hammock, garage, Media room, game room, washer and dryer, private pool, hot tub, entirely equipped kitchen with coffee maker and toaster oven. L Shaped Private Pool: One arm of the pool is 22 x 9 feet, the other arm is 6 x 9 feet which extends under the deck. Depth of pool is 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 feet. Pool can be heated for an additional $625.00/week April-November ONLY - We cannot guarantee the gas pool heater will work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.

No Smoking. DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, last min. or off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
