Queens Court 2203 is a charmingly appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-floor condo located just one building back from the ocean, offering gorgeous nearly oceanfront vistas and the calming sound of the waves. Step out onto your private covered balcony, relax with your favorite drink in hand, and soak in the ocean breeze—it's the ideal way to start or end your day.

Inside, the open-concept living area is warm and welcoming, with direct access to the balcony and plenty of natural light. The roomy dining area seats four comfortably, and the well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to feel right at home: a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard coffee maker. There’s even a comfortable beverage bar area - ideal for sipping your morning coffee or appreciating a glass of wine in the evening.

While community WiFi is available (please note, there is no private in-unit WiFi), you’ll be too busy enjoying all that this location has to offer! With close proximity to the beach, appealing local stores, and fashionable eateries, you’ll find everything you need for a calming, fun-filled hideaway just moments from your door.

Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 Double Beds and access to the shared hall full bath. In-unit Washer/Dryer.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Golf carts are not allowed.

  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
