We hope you will find our home to be comfortable & calming – “just like home”. We have put many things into this home to make it very fun & a place you want to come back to every year. Just a short walk to the beach access (1 block) will get your toes in the sand in no time! After a long day on the beach, take a walk down to the point to see the most spectacular sunsets.

The open floor plan gives you plenty of room for entertaining and spending all your waking hours with family and friends, additional pub table for playing games or working a puzzle and a huge kitchen for cooking. Our bedrooms have names to make it a fun place to remember where everybody sleeps – LOL! Ocean Break is the king master with double sinks & a walk-in tiled shower. Flo’s room (name derived after a Flamingo) has a queen bed, master bath attached, double sinks & a tub/shower inset. Want a relaxing peaceful ambiance? Go to The Palm room for that serine feeling. Sheer white drapes adorn this queen bedroom giving you the feel of being in the islands with the wind blowing. Our Tiki Room is the most colorful and ideal for kids. Flamingo Point is just mins. from all Emerald Isle has to offer with many types of eateries, bicycle trails, and other fun activities for the whole family to savor.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in The Point, a neighborhood in Emerald Isle. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Finding the best rental value:

  • In the Crystal Coast area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer time is high season in the Crystal Coast area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
