2nd Row Duplex

Welcome to Sunset Dream East - A pet-friendly property! This bright, handsome, clean home has expansive ocean vistas from the main living area. This home has a reverse floor plan with the living room, completely equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom on the top (3rd) floor. The bright living room has generous vistas, plenty of seating, a 42" flat screen T.V. complete with cable, a blue-ray dvd player, and stereo. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are a wide variety of cooking silverware, modest appliances, spices, and cookware.

The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is ocean-side and has a king bed along with an en suite bathroom (including a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower), and two closets. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door which opens to a second deck. The second and third bedrooms are on this floor as well. The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is a second full bathroom on this floor.

Our home has high-speed internet and each bedroom has a flat screen TV, cable, and a dvd player. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

The public beach access is conveniently located right across the street. There are beach chairs, body boards and sand toys available for your use. There is also an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower.

Located roughly 3 miles from town, our home is convenient to eateries, stores, and Bogue Inlet Pier.

Linens are supplied with your stay. Absolutely no smoking or illegal drug use anywhere on the property.

We are dog friendly. A vacuum cleaner & a broom are supplied for your convenience for dog hair clean up.

2 dogs max. stay for complimentary. Insurance liability restricts the following breeds of dog: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf hybrids & other aggressive breeds.

Sorry, stringently NO CATS. We have severe allergy to cats.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Beach Wheels Bike Rental. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting. With kayaking, motor boating, and surfing/body boarding nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summer months are high season in the Crystal Coast area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Crystal Coast vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
